ACHS&M will welcome Genealogist and author Vicki Korn Niggemeyer on SATURDAY, JULY 18TH at 2:00PM here at the Museum for “Getting Creative with Genealogy,” a program that will help budding as well as seasoned genealogists find fun new ways of sharing family history.
Vicki Korn Niggemeyer has written a book that gives a wonderful array of ideas for making genealogy fun.
There are games and craft projects that you can share with your family as well as tips and information on interesting ways to write your genealogy story.
Vicki also gives websites and reference locations for things like tracking down African American records and locating records in Court Houses,
Military records, diaries and Historical Society records just to name a few.
This program is free and open to the public so come and learn just how
much fun tracing your family history can be!
