When the committee for the Growing Up in Athens book project first met, we had no idea first, if we could even make this book happen, and second, that it would ever be as wildly popular as it has become.  We started out with 1100 books the week of Thanksgiving and as of today, have approximately 60 left.

We heard many stories from wonderful people about the places, times and folks that made our community so special. We, the committee, thank all those who supported this project and believed in us and pre-ordered books, and all the generous people that donated money to help get the publishing off the ground.

We will post a notice when the books are gone here on the website and on Facebook.

This book has been wildly popular and we are now down to less than 60 books. You can pick up your pre-ordered Growing Up in Athens books, or purchase a copy any Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 10-4pm, Thursday from Noon to 6pm.  We are closed on Mondays.
